Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Delight Nail Spa. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking and availing our services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Payment Terms

1. For Services Above 100 Pesos

- A 30% down payment is required for any service exceeding 100 pesos.

- The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service.

2. For Services 100 Pesos or Below

- Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Rebooking Policy

1. If you wish to rebook your appointment, you may do so within 3 days of the original appointment date.

2. If the service is not attended within 3 days of the appointment date, it will be considered expired and non-refundable.

3. You may cancel your booking at any time; however, the payment is non-refundable.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking and availing services at Delight Nail Spa, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from booking any services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website or in the spa. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
